Privacy policy
Last updated 16 October 2026
Sen Space (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our login provider).
- Membership and orders: your subscription status, what you’ve bought, order amounts and dates. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and never reach us.
- Things you add: tasks in the task tracker and any product reviews you write (reviews show the display name you choose).
- Newsletter: your email address if you sign up.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Technical information: basic logs our host and providers keep to run and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
We don’t ask for health information about you, and you shouldn’t include patient information anywhere on the site.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account, membership and purchases, and deliver the files you buy.
- To show you members-only notes and your own tasks.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for (every email has an unsubscribe link).
- To reply to you, and to send essential messages about your account or orders.
- To keep the site secure, fix problems and meet our legal obligations, such as tax records.
We don’t sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who handle information on our behalf:
- Supabase: accounts, database and file storage.
- Stripe: payments and subscription billing.
- Our website host: serving the site.
- Google Fonts: the site’s fonts load from Google, which receives your IP address when they do.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security and privacy practices. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. The Study room saves your preferences, such as timer settings and sound levels, in your own browser’s storage; they don’t leave your device. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information except records we must keep by law, such as purchase records for tax purposes.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections, access is limited to what each part of the site needs, and members-only content and downloads are protected by your login. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Your choices
- You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account.
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
- You can cancel your membership from your account page.
